This is my interpretation of a one-sheet waiter (tray) made in the Oliver Buckly tinshop in Stevens Plains, Maine. Salmon was used in many of the decorations done in this shop. I was intrigued with this piece, since this is not a color usually seen in this style painting during this period. I think it makes this a bit more feminine, perhaps, and is perfect for a bedroom as well as other areas of your home.
