Painted on a flag background, this century barn is about five miles from my home. I have always loved it, especially the dates on the barn and roof. Striped hills and a starry sky go around the sides of the box. This is a great addition to your barn collection.

When I saw the Polar Express, I knew I had to paint a design depicting this beautiful story. In the movie, if you believe, you can hear the bell. This bench is the perfect size for the American Girl dolls which are so popular. The oval insert is painted with a street scene from Colonial Williamsburg, where Felicity grew up. The bench itself is faux grained.

This miniature blanket chest is painted with several period designs, including the lid, sides, and deer and dog on the front. The scene on the front is reminiscent of the Rufus Porter-style murals. I have tried to use colors as close to his "recipes" as I could find.

This mirror frames features buildings along historic Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial Williamsburg.

This is my interpretation of a design painted on a box made by Jacob Weber, Fivepointville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, c. 1840-50. The original sold at auction for $12, 650. The box is 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".

This pattern has three designs: Bee Skep, Pineapple, and Tree of Life, all with Bees flying around. The background is crackled and dry-brushed for a unique technique! A checkerboard goes around the bottom of the lamp base. It is painted on a wooden candle lamp.
