This is my interpretation of a design painted on the floor of a bread basket probably painted by Harriet Butler, the daughter of Aaron and Sarah Butler, tinsmith. It is painted on a miniature tin apple basket measuring 5" x 1 1/2". Predominant colors are black, red, green, gold, ivory.
